Watercolour Christmas Cards & Gift Tags Workshop
Watercolour Christmas Cards – Get into the festive spirit and create a beautiful collection of handmade Christmas cards and gift tags in this relaxing and creative watercolour workshop with Caroline Lawrence from Rock ‘n Wool Creations.
Whether you’re completely new to watercolours or looking to develop your skills and confidence, this workshop offers the perfect opportunity to explore this versatile medium while creating something special for the festive season. Caroline will guide you step by step through a range of festive card and gift tag designs, demonstrating techniques and sharing tips to help you achieve lovely results.
Using watercolours and waterproof fine liners, you’ll create a selection of unique Christmas cards and coordinating gift tags featuring seasonal motifs such as festive trees, Christmas wreaths, sparkling baubles and more. Along the way, you’ll learn a variety of watercolour techniques that can be used to develop your own festive designs at home.
Caroline will introduce key skills including brush control, colour mixing, layering and creating different watercolour effects. She will provide plenty of inspiration, reference materials and guidance throughout the session, helping you build confidence and enjoy the creative process.
No previous experience is needed. Even if you feel you’re not particularly artistic or haven’t picked up a paintbrush for years, Caroline’s friendly and encouraging teaching style makes this workshop accessible and enjoyable for everyone. By the end of the afternoon, you’ll leave with a collection of beautiful handmade Christmas cards and gift tags, along with the skills and inspiration to create many more for friends and family.
Why not make this the year you send truly personal Christmas cards and add a handmade finishing touch to your Christmas gifts too?
