Hands on Halloween Crafting (Age 8+) – October Half Term

Hands on Halloween Crafting – Spend a couple of hours doing a variety of mini crafting projects in this afternoon session with Pippa and Tina.

In this fun and creative 2 hour workshop, children aged 8–12 can discover a variety of Halloween crafting projects in this carousel of activities for kids aged 8-12. They will be able to pick and choose the activities that they are interested in, including mini macramé skeletons, decoupage pumpkins, pumpkin printing and more! You will leave with a variety of decorations to put up in your home year after year and some new creative skills too!

Led by local artist Pippa Gillingham – who you may also recognise from our SMart Café – children will have time to settle down to some Halloween crafting and get away from those screens this half term.

Perfect for creative children who enjoy making, designing and trying something new. This is a chance to open up the delights of the Southern Maltings Craft Cupboard and see what you can do under the supervision of two crafty artists!

All materials are provided. No previous experience is needed – just bring your imagination!

Additional Information:

This workshop is aimed at children aged 8 to 12 years of age, but teens are very welcome too.

The workshop is being run with a maximum capacity of 10 children and will run from 2pm – 4pm on Weds 28th October.

The workshop will take place in our Downstairs Function Space with access via our SMart café at the East End of Southern Maltings. Feel free to wait with a coffee and cake in our café.
